As a midwife with over 25 years in women's healthcare, I've dedicated my career to serving sacred transitions. My practice highlights a heart centered approach to health and the soul's journey.
I guide women through modern rites of passage to develop intuitive clarity so they can confidently self-advocate in their healthcare, relationships, and personal development.

Living in a bucolic valley along the CA Central Coast, I have a deep relationship with the land I call home. A witch of over 35 years, I lead a growing spiritual community called Mystic Oak Coven and you can learn more HERE. By finding physical gesture, posture and movement to release and discharge emotions, we experience clarity and expansion. In this new space we have agency to choose our future and act from self determination rather than old programming while creating greater capacity and willingness to feel our entire spectrum of emotions.
