Awakening to our self determination, we can interrupt and recalibrate.
The patterns live in our bodies.
And here's the kicker, talking about it and conceptualizing your healing doesn't bring the body into alignment.
Reading another empowerment book doesn't activate embodiment.
The healing goes as far as you allow, and you'll usually stop short on your own - just when it starts getting to your comfort edge.

SOMATIC MAGIC is for women who are deconditioning lifetimes and lineages of patterning around tolerance as a virtue, caretaking, people pleasing, "put up and shut up", self-erasure, numbing, and over-functioning.
This is a space where we come home to the wisdom that resides in our bodies, to our innate sensitivity, to our emergent truths, and to the courage it takes to walk our soul's path in this lifetime. And we have a community of other courageous women doing the same…

Hi, I'm Allison.
As a highly sensitive empath, I've always identified with my feelings, but it wasn't until midlife that I embraced SENSITIVITY as my SUPERPOWER.
As a nurse, I could feel when patients were crashing, as a midwife I could feel when baby was coming - but in my personal life I was still trying to be liked and loved so much that I wasn't embracing my true nature.
Perimenopause forced me to get real with what I wanted out of life. My anxiety was at an all time high and I was in a toxic relationship, it was my dark night of the soul. I dove into my trauma history and tried everything to heal, from EMDR to psychedelics, before I found SOMATICS. That's when everything changed and I came home to my body as the original technology.
The body is the intersection between the physical and spiritual realms. It changed everything when I started a conversation with my body and really started listening. Now I trust the messages I receive and I amplify the voice of my intuition. I turn to my Inner Wise Woman to show me the way.
I'm so excited to share this work with others and help them find their way home to their own inner guidance. With a trauma informed approach, I understand the importance of creating sacred and safe containers. SOMATIC COACHING is a practice of orienting to the physical sense of the body to track sensations and draw connections from what you're feelings and why. We all are a walking history of our lived experiences and these events are recorded in our nervous system as feeling impressions and energetic signatures.
The subconscious is actively mining our recorded history to draw comparisons and conclusions, creating context for what we experience in real time. But the negative stories that we carry create a lens which filters the present experience.
When we have trauma or a painful emotional memory, it's natural to want to pull back and protect yourself. Unfortunately, a lifetime of retreating from painful stimuli results in a numbing effect, muting our joy and ability to connect with others.

SPINAL ENERGETICS is a healing system that identifies tension patterns and asks the body to receive increased awareness of the pattern through working with the energy field.
When we have tension, energy doesn't flow as easily. An area that is tight or constricted can feel dense or stuck. Have you felt your throat get tight when you're trying to say something that's difficult to get out? Or maybe you get knots in your stomach when you have a certain memory? Those are old tension patterns that are living rent free and inhibiting your flow of energy.
I had been practising energy work for years before I got trained in Spinal Energetics and it gave me a system of assessment and treatment that helped organize my approach for incredibly effective results.
