Hi, I'm Allison.
As a highly sensitive empath, I've always enjoyed playing in liminal spaces. With a trauma informed approach, I understand the importance of creating sacred and safe containers. Somatic Magic retreats are a blend of lighthearted play and healing work to shift old patterns of stuck energy. Here, you'll find self compassion and expansion flow in and your creativity rise. The soul awakens and her natural state is joy!
